Kebijakan Akses Terbuka dan Pengarsipan

  1. Kebijakan Akses Terbuka

Jurnal Netnografi Komunikasi menerapkan akses terbuka penuh (open access). Seluruh artikel tersedia secara gratis dan segera setelah terbit, tanpa biaya berlangganan atau biaya akses bagi pembaca maupun institusi. Kebijakan ini didasarkan pada prinsip bahwa penyediaan hasil penelitian secara terbuka bagi publik mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan yang lebih luas.

Pembaca berhak membaca, mengunduh, menyalin, mendistribusikan, mencetak, mencari, atau menautkan teks lengkap artikel, serta menggunakannya untuk tujuan sah lainnya, sesuai ketentuan lisensi Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0), tanpa perlu meminta izin terlebih dahulu dari penerbit atau penulis. Kebijakan ini sejalan dengan definisi akses terbuka dalam Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

  1. Kebijakan Pengarsipan Elektronik

Jurnal Netnografi Komunikasi menjamin ketersediaan jangka panjang seluruh artikel yang telah diterbitkan melalui beberapa lapisan pengarsipan elektronik:

  1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) — seluruh terbitan JNK diarsipkan secara otomatis dan terdistribusi melalui jaringan LOCKSS yang dikelola Public Knowledge Project. Jika situs jurnal tidak lagi dapat diakses, konten tetap tersedia dan dapat dipulihkan.
  2. Server jurnal — seluruh naskah, metadata, dan berkas terbitan disimpan di server Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia dengan pencadangan (backup) berkala.
  3. Portal Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) — metadata dan teks lengkap artikel diindeks dan disimpan dalam pangkalan data Garuda Kemdiktisaintek.
  4. Pengindeks lain — metadata artikel juga tersedia melalui Google Scholar, Dimensions, dan WorldCat.

Seluruh arsip dapat diakses secara terbuka melalui menu Archives di situs JNK.

  1. Open Access Policy

Jurnal Netnografi Komunikasi provides immediate, full open access to its content. All articles are freely available upon publication, with no subscription or access charges for readers or institutions, on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles, and use them for any other lawful purpose, under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), without prior permission from the publisher or the author. This policy is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

  1. Electronic Archiving Policy

Jurnal Netnografi Komunikasi ensures the long-term availability of all published articles through several layers of electronic archiving:

  1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) — all JNK issues are automatically archived in a distributed manner through the LOCKSS network run by the Public Knowledge Project. If the journal website ceases to be accessible, the content remains available and can be restored.
  2. Journal server — all manuscripts, metadata and published files are stored on the Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia server with regular backups.
  3. Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) — article metadata and full texts are indexed and stored in the Garuda database of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology.
  4. Other indexes — article metadata is also available through Google Scholar, Dimensions and WorldCat.

All archives are openly accessible through the Archives menu on the JNK website.
